Some clients live in their own apartments that are located throughout Worcester and nearby towns. They continue to receive case management from Community Healthlink, Inc. staff, who are available 24 hours a day via beeper. Other clients reside in apartment buildings maintained by Community Healthlink.  Live-in managers at each site are available to provide assistance and support to tenants.
