Lipton Early Intervention Partnerships Program is a free and confidential program funded by a grant through the Department of Public Health. We are a special team of professionals who want to help you and your baby have a healthy start. We’re here for you to provide the health education, developmental screenings, emotional support, connections, and resources you need for you, your baby, and your family.
What to Expect When You Call:
We start by getting to know you: your age, your health, pregnancy history, financial status, and other basic information. If you qualify, our team will provide home visits that include health education and emotional support to meet your individual needs. We can help you throughout your pregnancy and help you care for yourself and your new baby up to one year of age.
Some of the Services EIPP Provides:
Once you are qualified, our nurse will come to your home to assess your needs, your baby’s needs, and your family and social situation to understand what you need and how we can help.
EIPP supports new and expectant mothers in:

- Having proper nutrition and breastfeeding
